Hey…great work you are doing and keep doing it. For me I have learned the technique of raw meat on coals. If I want to cheat for small scale I would bake it in the oven without sauce and finish it on the grill. Large scale I would do that method you described above.

I love almost every video and recipe you guys have but this one…. no. BBQ is meant to be cooked low and slow on the grill; the heat from the grill seals and maintains the natural juices in the chicken; pre-cooking dries out the meat worst yet when all the moisture (i.e. natural chicken juices) remain in the pot. I've been enlightened by using the low and slow method which in comparison to the pre-cooked method used locally at almost every BBQ joint makes the world of difference between succulent juicy chicken and extremely dry chicken; even after reheating in a microwave (which I do not really subscribe to, microwaves are the devil….lol). @foodienation I learn a lot from your channel but in my humble opinion, this one is not for me but much love and I continue to look forward to more amazing recipes
