      All Caribbean have their own versions of their own food but it all has the same connections to Africa the plants in the rice and beans are all African related.

      And yes even some Latin American countries

      All Caribbean Islands have their own food …. but we all share the same staple ingredients ….. so you cant compare Jamaican with Trini food and you cant compare Curacao and Aruba food or Dominican with Barbadian food … so its impossible to claim autenthic if your not …
